Taylor Dietz, MA, AMFT #156804
I believe that healing and transformation happen in the context of safe, trusting relationships. At the heart of my work is a deep passion for helping children, couples, and families build secure connections within themselves and with others. Whether you are working through relationship conflicts, trauma, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, or shame, I am passionate about providing a space where people can be fully seen, deeply heard, and compassionately supported.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University. I have completed additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Filial Therapy (a child-parent modality focused on strengthening relationships through therapeutic play), Play Therapy, and Attachment Theory. In my work, I take a collaborative, client-centered approach believing that each person already carries within them the capacity for growth. I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual, family, or couple, drawing from a range of modalities.
Seeking therapy is a courageous choice. If you’re ready to start your journey toward greater connection and well-being, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
